Amanda is from Peru and currently based in Mexico. She has a background in journalism, community communication, documentary filmmaking, visual anthropology, human rights and decolonial feminist activism. She has been a member of Maizal Communication Collective and Tamboras Resistencia drumming collective and specializes in Latin American social and political themes, developing alternative communication practices for political participation.
