Paraguay: The indigenous Yakye Axa community is still denied its lands

319 indigenous persons camping on a roadside in the Presidente Hayes Department live under extreme conditions and struggle to survive and to have access to their ancestral lands, while waiting for the enforcement by the Paraguayan State of a sentence of the Inter-American Court dating from June 2005.
