ETOs: List of Issues in Response to the 5th Periodic Report of Germany on the Implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights
In 2001, Bread for the World, Evangelischer Entwicklungsdienst and FIAN presented a first parallel report on German's extraterritorial obligations under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
In October 2010 Diakonisches Werk der EKD, FIAN Deutschland, Gegenströmung, Deutsche Kommission Justitia et Pax, Miseror, Nürnberger Menschenrechtszentrum and urgewal published the List of Issues.
The List of Issues highlights the extraterritorial obligations in three policy fields that the authors suggest should be addressed by the UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights in dialogue with the German government.
