Association Agreement could become obstacle to development and human rights in Central America

Brussels/Heidelberg, 30.04.2010 – European and Latin American civil society networks and their members observe with profound concern the pressure exercised by the European Union to conclude the negotiations for an Association Agreement with Central America. In doing so, they echo the concerns already expressed by a wide cross section of social and productive sectors in Central America.
