Angélica is a Peruvian lawyer who holds an LL.M. from Columbia University in New York. Before FIAN, she held various legal roles, including at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights in Washington, D.C., and the United Nations Office of Legal Affairs in New York. Her experience also encompasses providing legal assistance to asylum seekers in New Zealand.
