A report on the 2nd Conference of the ETO-Consortium on September 26-27, 2008 which brought together 34 members of the Consortium and guests. It took place in Heidelberg and was hosted by FIAN International and financially supported by Brot für die Welt and ICCO.
The meeting took stock of the case work and conceptual work done by the Consortium since its first meeting in Geneva in November 2007.
