INTERNSHIP / VOLUNTEER

Interns play an important role in all parts of our Human Rights work. Interns from various disciplines, i.e. law, politics, social sciences, and also natural and computing sciences can make an important contribution to FIAN's work. Necessary, however, is a strong affinity with human rights and a desire to want to make a difference.

Each FIAN section and co-ordination retains its own recruitment strategy and policy; please check directly with the respective Section or Co-ordination for internship or volunteer vacancies.

The duration of an internship at the FIAN International Secretariat in Heidelberg, Germany, can vary between 3 and 6 months. Unfortunately no monetary compensation is given to interns.

Volunteers work on a more long-term basis. Working-hours are extremely flexible and depend on the amount of time a volunteer can and would like to invest in working for FIAN International Secretariat.

For applications regarding an internship at FIAN International Secretariat please send a copy of your Curriculum Vitae to Ms. Yifang Tang ()

Specific advertised vacancies will be posted here when available.

Check directly with your respective section or coordination
