Interns play an important role in all parts of our Human Rights work. Interns from various disciplines, i.e. law, politics, social sciences, and also natural and computing sciences can make an important contribution to FIAN's work. Necessary, however, is a strong affinity with human rights and a desire to want to make a difference.
FIAN International offers interships at its International Secretariat in Heidelberg, Germany, and occasionally in some FIAN sections and coordinations.

Internship at FIAN International Secretariat in Geneva
The FIAN International office in Geneva is seeking an intern to assist in the preparation of the annual publication The Right to Food and Nutrition (RtFN) Watch. For previous issues of the RtFN Watch, please go to www.rtfn-watch.org
The intern will assist in the following tasks:
The intern should be a native English speaker and have a background in human rights work. The intern should have excellent writing skills and the ability to prepare summaries. A good knowledge of French and Spanish as well as an experience in communication work are welcome.
The internship starts on 16 April 2012 and lasts until 31 August 2012
